Welcome to Cougar Football 2008

Brotherhood - Rain and Regrouping as a team

brother3

This last week the Bothell Cougars spent some "Quality Time" in the rain hammering out defensive and offensive schemes, fine tuning special teams and connecting the QBs to the receivers. Of all the practices and time the Cougs spend together Camp Brotherhood is their place where the "glue' happens. Individual players become a team, classmates start taking responsibility and the single personality becomes "Team First Mentality". brother 1

Players and Coaches

Reminder: Lifting is so important to the program for many reasons. Lifting increases strength to help reduce injuries. Use of the weight room is a standard of training to be a Bothell Cougar.

During the summer there are two sessions a day. The summer times are:

  • 10:00 AM to NOON
  • 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Once practice starts, there is a special RUN CLUB for those who miss too much lifting...trust us that is not a club you want to join

Coaches are busy gathering the strategies and putting together the schedules for the season. They have also been having some much needed family vacations. We are looking forward to the season.
