Please make sure that your player is GREEN in final forms.
Red means that the player is unable to receive gear or participate in practice.
Start by selecting the 2026/2027 Calendar, then sign up for "Summer Football" and "Fall Football".
These forms MUST filled out and returned to Christy Tran in the Main Office. You may also scan filled out forms and email them to Christy at ctran@nsd.org.
