The weight room is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (Wednesday's only when there is a 4-day school week)

  • January 6, 2025 until Spring Football- Morning lift at 6:30 - 7:50 AM (current BHS Students)

  • January 6, 2025 until Spring Football - Morning lift at 6:00 -7:15 AM (Class of 2028 currently attending a Middle School)

  • Summer Lifting - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 7am-9am BHS Weight Room (times may change)

Why is weight training so important and what does it cost?
Football is a very demanding sport. Although lifting and conditioning in the off season will not guarantee your player will not be injured during the season, research shows the stronger a player is, the more their body can protect their joints, ligaments, etc. from injury. More importantly your player gets to spend time with their teammates, encouraging each other to work hard for a common goal.

Cost: $250 per player for the off season lifting & protein program paid to Booster Club.

Spring Parent Meeting
In mid April, Coach Bainter will host a parent information meeting at BHS. Please watch this website for the most important and current information about Bothell Football.

Spring Football, what is this?
WIAA allows a limited number of days teams can use after all spring sports state competitions have finished until August. This training period allows the team time to prep on the field for the summer team camps may they attend, participate in 7 on 7 tournaments, etc.

Player Gear - Spirit Packs
Online orders will open early spring to order a team sweatshirts, t-shirt, shorts, etc. This will be a one-time order and this gear is intended for players and coaches only. Parents can purchase gear when the season begins from our merchandise stand. This information and order forms will be available online and close approximately 2 weeks after opening, with a late-May delivery.

Eligibility/Registration
NSD uses Final Forms, an online eligibility enrollment program.  All players must be "green" before they can participate. If you need help getting into Final Forms, please contact Athletic Director Rich Klee, he will be able to assist you.

Booster Auction
2025 Auction date is being secured with hopes we will be at "Nardoland" again this year. Nardoland is the home of Class of 1961 BHS Alum Ron & Sally Jo Nardone.

See Auction Link and FAQ’s for more information on what participation is expected from each family & how your family can help ensure our biggest fundraiser of the year is a successful one.  Visit the Auction Page to Learn More: http://www.bothellfootball.net/auction.html

Summer Team Camp?  Where and When is it?
The team will attend a summer camp in late June. Full camp details will be shared shortly. Our hope is that all players will attend camp, but it is not required to participate in the 2025 football season. Cost will be finalized closer to camp but it typically runs $350-$400 per player to attend.

First Day of 2025 Season: Wednesday, August 20

Picture Day
Saturday, August 23rd will be team picture day. The morning pictures will be followed by a light practice. There will be no makeup day for individual pictures. Headshots for fan buttons will be taken that day as well.

Pay to Play Fee
This fee is paid to Bothell High School ASB after August 20 and before the first game. If you have financial concerns in paying this fee, please contact Athletic Director Rich Klee. Cost should never be a blocker for any student who wants to play. Additionally, Northshore School District requires all players to purchase an ASB card.

Parent Volunteers
We do some pretty special things for players while at Bothell HS. There are many traditions that have been maintained throughout the time Coach Bainter has been the Head Coach. It takes a village of volunteers to make these things happen from off-season items to in season activities. We hope that each family will find the time to invest in the program the same way your player does.

We will be signing up family volunteers early this year, so watch for your chance to be part of the support structure and tradition that the CFC provides. We need YOU and will not be able to keep all things running without each family helping.
